Chocolate croissant. I’ll promise, you will never regret if you try it. This is one of mind blowing stuff

Recipe :
Croissant chocolate dough
300g croissant dough
30g Pure cocoa powder
25ml. Water
2kg laminated croissant dough

For filling and decorating:
Nutella for filling
Caramel
Hazelnut pralines
Chocolate tuille
