Brett Baker sits down to talk to Philip Harper, conductor of the Cory Band, about their life and career, what motivates them, and the upcoming UniBrass 2023 contest and Gala Concert.
The Cory Band, conducted by Philip Harper, will be performing the Gala Concert to close UniBrass 2023, hosted at the Warwick Arts Centre on Saturday 11th February 2023. Philip Harper is also one of the adjudicators in the Trophy Section of the contest, which sees 22 university brass bands compete to create the most musical and entertaining performances they can!
